It's hump day and sometimes on Wednesdays my motivation can hit a low. Moms, try this boxing circuit at home to get that drive back to get you through the rest of the week!

Round 1

20s fast jabs right
10s jump rope
20s fast jabs left
10s jump rope

Round 2

20s hook right
10s fast feet
20s hook left
10s fast feed

Round 3

20s cross jab right
10s jumping jacks
20s cross jab left
10s jumping jacks

Repeat as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes!
