We had the opportunity to work up a sweat with Roxanne, the face behind BonjourBlissBlog, and her daughter, Ella. It was such an incredible opportunity to see our little girls "exercise" together. 

This collaboration was supported by the Whistle App which is a cool new way to connect with like-minded people in your area who want to get a sweat on just like you!

We had lots of fun incoporating hula hoops and kettlebells, but for the most part we focused on bodyweight exercises; we kept it really simple (especially since the girls were with us).

Here's one of the circuits we did that day. :

  • 20 x Bodyweight Squats
  • 20 x Alternating Lunges
  • 20 x Step Ups
  • 20s Plank

Rest 30s and repeat for a total of 15 minutes.
