My Mom Crush Monday goes to the beautiful Ariane, who is a mom of a little 2-year-old cutie! Seriously, how cute is her mini?! Ariane just completed the April 30-Day challenge and lost 7 lbs., 3 inches off her waist and 2 inches off her hips! AMAZING!
I am so proud of her, but not because of the numbers, but because she stuck to it and is feeling happier and healthier! She has made a commitment to this lifestyle and is already signed up for the June 30-Day Summer Shape Up. I can't wait to work with you again, but in the meantime keep going!!
Last year, Britt completed a 30-day challenge with No Tummy Mommy and in those 4 weeks, she lost 7 lbs. and a total of 8 inches, which included 1.2 inches total off her waist, 1.4 inches off her arms combined, 2.6 inches off her waist and 2.8 inches off her hips! Amazing!!
I was so proud of Britt for her hard work and commitment. Following her 30 days with No Tummy Mommy she kept the momentum going and even started seeing a personal trainer to continue on to achieving her fitness goals. This journey is different for everyone and this is truly about PROGRESS! The very most important part of the journey is how you FEEL. I am most happiest when I get feedback from a mother stating she has more energy to run after her kids or that her entire family is now eating better as a result of joining the No Tummy Mommy program.
I can’t even tell you how proud I am of my cousin Emily, who is a beautiful mama of 3! She came to me looking to kickstart her journey and wanting to feel better inside and out, as well as increase her energy. But then when it came to numbers, she blew me away! In just 30 days she had lost an incredible 11.8 lbs, 2.5 inches off each thigh, 1.5 inches off her hips and 4.25 inches from her waist!
I have to say I am so proud of Emily who didn’t make any excuses and got workouts in during baby’s naptime or included her littlest one in her exercise routine. What’s more, her whole family is now on board with healthy eating! It makes me so happy to know she is feeling more comfortable and confident with her postpartum body. I’m so thankful she trusted me to help guide her along in the initial part of her journey and I'm so proud of the progress she has accomplished. Today, Emily is still going strong and working with our other cousin doing kick a$$ boot camp classes! Way to go, Em! KEEP GOING!
NTM 30-Day Challenge Progress: I couldn't help but share the progress of one awesome mama from the January 30-Day Challenge. Cheryl is a full-time teacher and mother to 2-year old Charlotte. I am so proud of Cheryl because in 30 days she lost 10 lbs., 4 inches off her waist and 3 inches off her hips!! AMAZING!! Plus, she trimmed a total of 5.5 inches off her thighs. The numbers are incredible, but the most important thing is that Cheryl feels healthier, happier and better about herself; she is driven to keep on going!
Oh and can we just check out the difference in her mommy butt too! 👏🏻👏🏻 I can't wait to see what lies ahead for Cheryl. Thank you @miz_na_pow for all your hard work - you are one committed mama! 😘💪🏼
8-Week Progress Update - Nazia, mom of 2 from Michigan, dropped 8 inches off her thighs, 8.5 inches off her waist and 6.5 inches off her hips in just 60 days! Her No Tummy Mommy plan included 20-minute home workouts and a flexible meal plan that satisfied her cravings and didn't leave her hungry throughout the day. I am so proud of Nazia and know that she will only continue to progress in a positive way!
WOW! Cheyenne is a 23-year old mother of 2 who came to me after struggling with another program that had on her too little calories and not a lot of guidance. We won't get into a lot of detail about which program she was following, but what Cheyenne needed was a customized plan that made sense for her life ... and her life only! Together we explored the best choices and tools she needed to achieve the results she wanted before returning to work from mat leave.
In 12-weeks, with a customized eating plan and only 20-minute home workouts, she has significantly tightened and toned her body and lost a total of 15 inches! Most importantly, she is a happier and healthier mom! Yes, she had cravings and she treated herself when she needed to. But because her NTM plan was designed specifically for her, she did not feel like she was on a restrictive diet. Her plan included foods she was already eating and enjoying previously. Needless to say, I'm so proud of her progress and so excited for what's to come for Cheyenne.

Vanessa is a full-time dental hygienist and part-time wedding planner, but more importantly, she is a mother of 3! I am so incredibly proud of this mama's progress - so far she has lost 29 pounds, 7 inches off her waist and 5 inches off her hips. Amazing!
Vanessa has experimented with various programs in the past - from low-carb diets to Dr. Berstein's diet - but none of them took a mother's sometimes chaotic life into account. With that said, her NTM plan included only four 20-minute home workouts with no crazy long cardio sessions! Her plan was customized to include foods she loved and personalized enough to even include her homemade muffins and turkey chili. She is not hungry and she is not spending hours in the gym. Her plan was designed to work for her and her life.
I cannot wait to see what is to come for this busy mother of 3. Vanessa's goal is to continue to see her midsection tighten up and to also positively change her lifestyle habits for LONG-LASTING HEALTH; I have no doubt in my mind she is well on her way to achieve both.
30-Day Progress Update: Emily is a working mom of two who knew something needed to change after months of eating out, too many Timmy's drive thrus and minimal activity. She was determined to better her health and so she did! In just 30 days (yes, 30 DAYS!!) she dropped 3.5 inches off her waist, clothes were fitting better ... and now she has more energy to play with her daughters.
She isn't stopping here - Emily wants to continue to tighten and tone. I am so impressed with her progress. Thanks Emily for your commitment to your NTM program and I can't wait to see what the next 30 days brings!
Geraldine is already busy keeping up with her active 4 year old son, but she also works long hours as a manager for one of our largest financial institutions. She often got home from work exhausted, hungry and unhappy. She knew something had to change! She came to me 8 weeks ago to help tighten and tone her tummy, but ultimately to help instill healthier lifestyle habits. With only three 20-minute home workouts a week and a customized and flexible meal plan that took her hectic schedule into account, she is now more confident and happy with her midsection ... and more importantly her mindset!
In her words she says, "getting back to feeling healthy on the inside was my main goal when I decided to commit to this plan, and seeing/getting the physical results was a complete bonus!"
She continues, "my workout plan was also nicely spread out throughout the week and also targeted what I want to accomplish, which is tightening and toning. Losing a little bit of the fluff weight is bonus, but was never a main focus for me. I was happy that my yoga practice was incorporated into my workout plan as it helped balance both mind and body during this mental and physical change that was about to happen for me."

I am so proud of Judy, a 48-year old mother of two, who has lost 23 lbs and a total of 15.5 inches (which included 5 inches off her waist) in just 12 weeks (as shown in the picture)! Judy has had a lot of experience trying different diets and programs, but she signed up with No Tummy Mommy because she was looking for a personalized plan that was designed only for her and only her needs. Her customized NTM plan took everything into consideration - her early morning start of 4:30 a.m., her love for snowboarding, as well as her weekend getaways.

Janice is an Immigration Attorney in Arlington Texas and is a mother of 3. On her 40th birthday she decided it was time to make a change for the better. Of course it wasn't easy juggling the activities of three kids and her demanding work schedule, but she did it!

8-Week Progress Update - Sarah is a 38-year-old busy mother of 2 who juggles #momlife with her career as the Director of Fundraising for the Faculty of Education for a University in beautiful British Columbia.
In just 8 short weeks, Sarah trimmed 7 inches off her waist and dropped a few dress sizes! Sarah's NTM Plan was personalized to meet her specific needs and lifestyle. She was still able to incorporate some traditional home cooked Filipino dishes (yummy), as well as enjoy dinner out with her family.
This was the 30-Day progress update for Dr. Kirstin Weerdenburg who was a Pediatric Emergency Point-of-Care Ultrasound Fellow at Sick Kids Hospital. She is also a competitive figure skater, but most importantly she is a mother. In 30 days she lost 10.2 lbs and a total of 8.9 inches!
12-Week Progress Update - I am so excited to share Gail's progress all the way from Australia! This mother of 2 is determined and continues to push herself through the ups and downs of #momlife. She has dropped 16 lbs. and 5 inches off her waist so far and is driven to keep going! Her workouts have been mostly outdoors and include a lot of walking with the little one in the stroller. But this just isn't about the numbers; I am so proud of Gail because she's not only fitting into her old jeans again, but she's feeling better than ever and has more energy for her two little ones!
