The Ultimate Goal 

I am a big believer in creating healthy habits that last for years and this has been the foundation of all the No Tummy Mommy (NTM) programs. The programs have all been designed to help mothers build a lifestyle that doesn't feel like a diet. NTM programs were never about that quick-fix or rock-hard abs, but always about helping a mom, like myself, be her happiest and healthiest self. There will be days that we fall off the wagon, but the goal is to always get back on track. This post is dedicated to a handful of mamas who have worked with NTM and can share a little bit about their experience months or even years later. I am so proud of them for continuing their journey and not looking back. It brings me so much joy to be able to share their testimonials on my blog! 

NOTE: You don't have to read every single testimonial here, but if you do decide to read a couple of them you will see that there is ONE thing that is similar between all of them - it's the importance of developing a healthier lifestyle! When I read their words I am reminded of why I started No Tummy Mommy in the first place.

This mama discovered NTM from social media and I'm so proud of her hard work. In her words, she says: "First off, let me start by saying I was a newbie to any workout plans. Trisha always answered all of my questions and not once made me feel ashamed of asking. The first workout program I purchased from no tummy mommy was the 30 day June kettlebell challenge and was amazed with my results.

I met Erica when I attended a Cat and Nat mom event and was so thrilled when she had signed up to try the latest NTM kick-start program a couple of years later. She shares her experience in a few sentences: "I gained 50 lbs during my second pregnancy. Then I hibernated for a few months with my newborn and not surprisingly didn't lose the extra weight (and had no energy). Then I started the 4 week no-tummy mommy kickstart program. Following Trisha's nutrition guide and exercise plan was so easy. My 4 year old did some of the workouts with me and my energy levels quickly improved. My not so newborn is now 5 months old and I have only 7 lbs to go to get to my goal. Shortly after having my second child I found myself lacking energy and always finding excuses to not workout (no time, etc). Trisha's workout and nutrition plan made it so easy for me! And it's now become a lifestyle. I not only lost the 60 pounds I gained during pregnancy but I've successfully kept it off and I am feeling stronger and healthier than ever. I am so proud of this mama right here! She is still going strong and loving the journey. Cheryl says, "I signed up for the No Tummy Mommy 30 Day challenge hoping to improve the way I was feeling about myself.  It was 2 years since I had my daughter, was working out as often as I could but my eating patterns were erratic because of my schedule.  The clear food lists, and the simple recipes the "no tummy mommy" challenge provided were easy to follow.  Coupled with Trisha's motivating emails and check-ins, I was able to drop a total of 10 lbs and several inches in only 30 days!  I am proud to say that it has been about a year and a half since I did the challenge and I've managed to keep most of the weight off.

I am so grateful for the mothers who learn about No Tummy Mommy from social media and decide to give the program a chance. There are millions of programs out there, so I feel lucky that someone like Audrey trusted me to help her. She says, "the greatest thing about NTM was that above all, I learned how feeding my body good food, the right portions, along with a lot of water, is life changing. It's been one year since I went on the NTM 30-day Kettlebell challenge. I lost approx 15 pounds. I've gained some back, and then I have lost it again, but overall I know what to do to get back on track. Working out is a challenge for me so I have always tried to fit it in while the kids are playing after work or once they're asleep. As I have learned from Trisha, working out can be easily done at home! Being healthy is a state of mind, and something that doesn't come very naturally to me (I absolutely love chocolate - I have an incredible sweet tooth!) so I really have to work very hard at it but I have realized it is worth it. I am so happy that I joined the program one year ago. I still keep screen shots on my phone of the workout schedule as well as the meal plan and portion sizes as a reference! One last thing I want to share about this is how you have inspired me to workout with my kids.
